Content Office does not promise virality, follower counts, leads, or guaranteed revenue.

Larger operational mapping, restructuring, or documentation outside that supported footprint is separately scoped through Operations & SOP Build. Growth Office does not include unlimited company-wide operational transformation.

Do we need a dedicated operations team member first?
No. Content Office can be purchased independently of Dedicated Operations Team.
What is the difference between Production and Managed?
Production is $795 per month for up to 12 finished pieces and one revision round per piece. We handle production, editing, formatting, captions, basic brand consistency, content organization, and scheduling support from your source material. Managed is $1,495 per month for up to 16 finished pieces and two revision rounds per piece, with content planning, a monthly calendar, repurposing, creative production, captions, publishing, scheduling, basic performance reporting, and monthly planning or review. Community management is not included in standard Managed.
What source material do you need from us?
Production requires sufficient source material and substantive subject matter, plus content direction and brand information. For Managed, you remain responsible for business expertise, access, information, approvals, and reasonable source material when original footage or source material is required.
How many videos, posts, or revisions are included?
Production includes up to 12 finished content pieces per month and one revision round per piece. Managed includes up to 16 finished content pieces per month and two revision rounds per piece. We agree on appropriate formats and platforms around your source material and business needs.
Is Content Office the same as Growth Office?
No. Content Office is the Visibility capability.
