Build the role around a recurring part of your operation, with clear responsibility from the incoming request through follow-up and documentation.
- Property management: maintenance coordination, leasing administration, tenant and owner updates, delinquency follow-up.
- HOA and communities: homeowner communication, document coordination, board support, and vendor follow-up.
- Facilities and vendors: work order tracking, schedules, estimates, completion records, and invoice follow-up.
- Trades and field service: customer calls, scheduling, dispatch coordination, and estimate follow-up.
We support the business doing the physical work. On-site work and approval decisions remain with the people authorized to perform them.
The person has support.
Most work stays with your dedicated team member. The shared office provides management, industry knowledge, and escalation when something doesn’t fit the instructions.
Foundational training is our responsibility. Your company’s policies, priorities, access permissions, and decision limits still need your input.
Documented workflows help transfer knowledge when roles grow or the assigned person changes. A handover takes work; it should have a useful starting point.
A defined role.
A clear price.
Pricing is based on the first and additional team members, not seniority. Specialized requirements may need a custom discussion.
Billed weekly. Initial payment must clear before service begins. Initial commitment: 60 days. After the initial commitment, service continues until cancelled with 30 calendar days’ written notice.
Useful processes make delegation easier.
If the work only exists in someone’s memory, define the handoffs, approvals, and exceptions before assuming a new person can own it. Operations & SOP Build can help make the role teachable and repeatable.

How should access to our systems work?
What needs to stop landing on your plate?
Tell us where things get stuck. We’ll talk through whether the next step is people, clearer processes, content support, or a combination.
